Montgomery Hotel - 1906

The grand opening of the Montgomery Hotel took place October 25, 1905. The construction of the building was a reported $25,000. It was built on the corner of Third and Main Street and was the first substantial building in Beatty. The building was moved to the town of Pioneer in 1909 and renamed the Holland House. On May 7, 1909, a fire gutted the main business block of Pioneer and this building was destroyed.
